スシローは良く知られた大型の寿司チェーンであるが、これが有楽町駅に隣接したビックカメラの６階にある。
寿司の値段と新鮮さから、多数のお客が常に順番待ちをしているが、お客の流れを良くするため、申込受付、順番のモニター表示、座席券の発行、オーダーの受付、寿司のデリバリー、会計、領収書の発行と全て自動化されて、人手は問題が起きた時だけと、お客の回転が早い為に、待っている人々もそれ程気にしている様子はない。
スシローでは、寿司以外に、ラーメン、うどんなど、専門店の半分程度（値段も半分）のものが各種注文出来て、寿司も米なしの魚介類の盛り合わせ、お米が少なめ、など多種の食品が提供されているので、大人でも子供でも自分の好きなものが注文出来る。
