The ancestors of mankind moved from the sea to the land, and after coming
up to the land, they changed into apes, hominids, old man, and new man,
and it is said that these changes affect the diet of present-day mankind.
In other words, it is the first time since
the beginning of the agricultural society that the current carbohydrates are
the staple food, so the full-scale agricultural society began 10,000 to 8,000
years ago, and the origin of humankind was 7 million years ago. Considering the
past history, it is difficult to think that the human body has changed greatly
since the agricultural society, and it is a theory that it is better to return
from a carbohydrate-centered diet to a protein-centered diet.
This means that the ketone body that uses lipid as fuel is more desirable
than the one that uses sugar as fuel to obtain energy in the body.
If we take this way of thinking even
further, it may be that the origin of mankind is the reason why people today
eat sardines, mackerel, wakame seaweed, and mekabu.
When a mammal is born, when a fertilized
egg transforms into an embryonic cell and further differentiates into an
offspring with the functions of each part of the body, a cleft similar to the
gills of a fish is formed in the early stage (gill cleft). It is said that it
is evidence that mammals evolved through fish because it is quickly closed.

Furthermore, the fact that yams (yam, wild yam) and nuts (almonds, walnuts)
have been recommended recently is related to the fact that these were the
main food sources before humans were able to hunt other animals.
However, in recent years when the average life span of human beings has
reached 100 years, an extreme imbalance in nutrients can cause health problems.
