地下鉄出口１，３より出て雷門方向へ進むと左手に浅草文化観光センターが見える。
一見変った建物に見えるが、新国立競技場や新歌舞伎座をデザインした隈研吾が得意とする木材を多用化した建築物になっている。
午前９時より午後８時まで、日本語、英語、中国語、韓国語による観光案内を行う。地下には多目的トイレ、男性用、女性用トイレがあり、観光客には有難い。１階が案内カウンター、外貨両替、２階には無料の観光情報雑誌やパソコンがあって便利。８階は展望テラスとなっている。
最近省人化が進んで何でもパソコンや携帯対応になりつつあるが、海外からの旅行者のように生活習慣の違いや、宗教の教えの違いにより多種多様な問題点を抱えている人達にとって会って話をすることが非常に重要になる。

When you exit the subway from exits 1 and 3 and proceed toward Kaminarimon,
you will see the Asakusa Culture and Tourism Center on your left.
Although it looks like an unusual building at first glance, it
is a building that makes extensive use of wood, a specialty of Kengo Kuma, who
designed the New National Stadium and the Shin-Kabukiza Theater.
Tourist information will be provided in Japanese, English, Chinese, and
Korean from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
There are multi-purpose toilets, men's and women's toilets in the basement,
which tourists will appreciate. There is an information counter and currency
exchange on the first floor, and there are free tourist information magazines
and computers on the second floor. The 8th floor has an observation terrace.
Recently, it has become labor-saving and everything is becoming compatible
with computers and mobile phones, but there are a wide variety troubles
due to differences in lifestyle habit and religious differences like overseas
travelers, it is very important to meet somebody and consult with them
face to face.
