PARCOは全面改築されて光の良く通る明るい店舗が連なる建物になり、若者や外国人が良く訪れる場所になった。この為か外国人が階段に腰を掛けて休憩する風景も良く見られるようになって、ローマのスペイン階段を連想させる。
ＰＡＲＣＯの店内は若い女性向けのファッションが多く、いわゆるブランド物であふれる店内では無く、日本における新しいファッションのお店が並ぶ。
７階にはレストラン街、8階はＰＡＲＣＯ劇場、9階はイベントスペースとなっている。
