Q　FRONTはJR駅北口を出てすぐ、スクランブル交差点の反対側にある。以前はTSUTYAがビデオのレンタルを行っていたが、若者の好みの変化に合わせて店舗の運営内容が大きく変化している。

１階がSAMSUNGの新製品紹介コーナー、

２階がスタバ、ここからスクランブル交差点が良く見えて、撮影場所としても訪日外国人に有名で、多数の人々が写真を取っている。また、渋谷駅前には喫茶店の数が少ない為に、歩き疲れた訪日外国人の人々が休む場所として大勢集まっている。

３階と４階がシェアラウンジ、１時間当たり１，６５０円でコーヒーやスナックも取れるので、ここでパソコンを利用している人が多い。最近の仕事の殆どがパソコン1台あれば何でも出来るので、場所を選ばず、喫茶店、シェアラウンジ、シェアオフィスを利用する若者が増えている。

５階がポケモンカードラウンジとなっており、ポケモンの好きな人々の集合場所のようになっている。

この場所はJR渋谷駅の目の前で、店舗の場所としては非常に良いが、この様な運営で採算が十分取れるか、別の運営内容で収益がより向上出来るか興味深い。

Q FRONT is located just ourside the north exit of the JR station, on the opposite side of the scramble crossing.
Previously, Tsutaya rented videos, but the store's operations have changed significantly to suit the changing tastes of young people.

The first floor is the SAMSUNG new product introduction corner.

The second floor is Starbucks, from where you can see the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, it is a famous photo spot for foreign visitors to Japan, and many people take photos. Also, since there are few coffee shops in front of Shibuya Station, many foreign visitors who are tired of walking gather here to rest.

The third and fourth floors are shared lounges, where you can get coffee and snacks for 1,650 yen per hour, so many people use their computer here. Most work these days can be done with just a computer, so more and more yound people are using coffee shops, shared lounges, and shared offices regardless of location.

The fifth floor is the Pokemon Card Lounges, and it is like a gathering plae for people who like Pokemon.

This location is right in front of JR Shibuya Station, so it is a very good location for a store, but it will be interesting to see whether it is profitable to operate in this way, or if it can be more profitable with a different operation.
